THE BUSINESS TIME’s role
The Go Green Ambassadors are the people responsible in the network for membership, programmes, energy, emissions measurement, technology, communications and sponsorship. For a Polish business they are invaluable contacts – provided someone introduces it in the right way.
That is exactly what we do as introducing partner: we introduce Polish businesses in the UK to the ambassadors and the Techies Go Green team, help prepare a short company presentation in English and make sure its activities are well described – on its website, on social media and in materials for customers.
In the coming years we would like the network’s ambassadors to include a representative of the Polish business community in the UK.
THE BUSINESS TIME · Techies Go Green signatory and partner
How we help Polish businesses in the UK
As a Techies Go Green signatory, we introduce Polish businesses operating in the UK to the programme. Network membership is free – we help you through the registration in English, set up the free tools and prepare your company so its climate action is visible and credible.
Website
We design and build your company website – including a “Sustainability” page where you can show customers and tender panels your emissions data, targets and progress.
Social media
We run your company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X. We communicate your climate action accurately, based on data – without greenwashing.
Company registration or conversion
We help you set up an LTD company at Companies House or convert a sole trader business into a company – step by step, in Polish.
Accounting
We support your accounting: day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT, annual accounts – and keeping the energy, transport and purchasing data that ESG reports require in order.
Data protection – DPO before the ICO
We act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and point of contact for the ICO. We prepare your privacy policy and record of processing activities in line with the UK GDPR.
Online training
We sign your team up for free Techies Go Green webinars and workshops and partner courses with member discounts. We go over the key material in Polish.
